Modern contemporary house - quiet location with park outlook
15 mins walk to beach; 5 mins drive to centre of Torquay.

10 year old desexed male cat called Sake. (son of Sushi)
Has been raised as an inside cat but goes out into the garden morning and afternoon for a short while, otherwise he is kept indoors. He's very easy to care for but has several idiosyncrasies. He just wants company really.

My husband and I both work from home so he is used to constant company so really need a sitter who is happy to hang out and be pretty close to home... (ie PLEASE NOTE = for those working and travelling elsewhere to work this sit will not work)

Animal's idiosyncrasies:
Sake's a bit of a chewer and has sharp claws. This is not meant to scare you. He just gets excited sometimes and has little control over his claws.

He drinks from the bath tap and will call out to you when he needs you to turn it on.

Also likes to attempt to eat his own body weight each day. He is however on a strict diet due to urinary blockage issue which for male castrated cats can be a thing. So need someone who can follow directions to the letter.

Most of the time he is fast asleep under a throw (scuba-cat) or lying on his back in a pose waiting for your adoration.

I'm extremely house proud and need to find someone who is impeccably clean, reliable and responsible.
My experience is that most people are either dog lovers or cat lovers. I'm keen to find a cat lover. That way both you and Sake will be happy. :)
