About this house sitting position in Torquay
Modern 2 storey house. 2br's and bathroom and laundry downstairs, kitchen and living area upstairs. A rear balcony overlooks the relatively large garden, with some potted plants, will probably need watering. There are a few indoor plants too. We have 2 quiet chickens, Lucile and Ginger, who need to be walked around to the front garden in the morning to free range and then returned to their more secure run before dark (see photo).
You will not have access to the garage, however off street parking in the driveway is available. We live in a quiet court with good neighbours and have never had an issue with our car out there for 5 years.
