About this house sitting position in Townsville

We are located 100 metres from the river, weir and park with bike and walk tracks abundant. We have bikes for you to use as well. Two storey house with a small yard and lots of plants. We do have sprinklers in place as well to water the majority of our plants. We do have some grassed area which would need mowing. Our cat is 9 years old and the entire court know him. Generally he stays out during the day but definitely is inside for the night with around a 5 pm dinner and 6am Brekky . Our house has 3 bedrooms upstairs and has a garage and space enclosed downstairs. We have just installed a spa which is lovely to cool down in and relax. Our neighbours are wonderful and quiet.
