About this house sitting position in Townsville

My home is an old Queenslander (a raised house with an underneath area) in a quiet suburban area just off a main road, and also near a police station. The dogs are free to come and go upstairs and in the yard itself and are incredibly kind and loving to everyone. The neighbors are a quiet elderly couple and a wonderful younger gentleman both of whom are very kind and wonderful to be around.

I need someone who can stay in the house at least overnight so that if the dogs start barking/howling at night (uncommon, but does sometimes happen) they can be calmed down to avoid annoying the neighbors. During the day they are typically fine, so you are free to travel out, go to work, etc. There are also amenities to work from home, if desired.
