Modern 4 bedroom house on1/2 acre block walking distance from town centre. Ride-on mower for the lawns, large shed takes up a lot of the yard. Reverse cycle heating/cooling and a wood heater, plenty of firewood. Require lawn maintenance and our dog caring for while we caravan around Australia.
