About this house sitting position in Trawool

We live in the picturesque Trawool Valley on a 6 acre hobby farm with lovely views. We have a comfortable 3 bedroom house with aircon, WiFi, dishwasher, netflix, and of course, pets...
Our pets are:
Molly: an active 2 yr old dog who loves fetch. She is fed twice per day.
Ezra: a relaxed 13 yr old cat. He is fed twice per day.
The dog and cat are both locked in overnight and use the pet door during the day.
4 chooks in a mobile tractor (rolled on to fresh ground daily). Please ensure they always have water and pellets.
Our horse, Pearl - please ensure her water trough remains full (it should fill automatically). She may need to be given a bit of hay each day depending on the amount of grass in paddock.
We have a large garden that will need some watering (no need for mowing or weeding).
We live on a hill and have a rather long (450m) and somewhat steep driveway. 2WD vehicles usually still get up fine, but there can be loose gravel.
In our area:
Right on the Great Victorian Rail Trail.
Easy 10km drive to Seymour which has just about anything you'd need.
The beautiful Goulburn River nearby for fishing etc.
Nice local walks
Beautiful wineries in the area
Trawool Estate restaurant just down the road.
