About this house sitting position in Tugun

We live in a beautiful newly built home with a pool and just 200metres to the beach. We are close to Gold Coast airport and walking distance to cafes, shops and surf clubs.
We have a 2 year old Sheepadoodle named Larry. He is boisterous and 30kg so you need to be confident walking him and strong.
He is very well behaved and is great with other dogs but he is quite excitable. He loves walks and playing with his friends at the dog parks in our area. He also loves beach walks.
We usually work from home, so we would prefer someone who is around to keep our guy company as much as possible.
We have no room on site for a caravan but there is plenty of street parking as we are opposite a park and community garden.
