About this house sitting position in Tuncurry

I have a three bedroom villa in lovely Tuncurry - 15 minute walk to local shops/beaches and clubs. Tuncurry is on the Mid Coast of NSW and is a popular tourist town in peak holiday times. Weather is pretty mild all year round - lovely beaches and coffee shops!
Bailey is my long nose pomeranian furbaby and can get anxious, so I am looking for a sitter with no pets or children - sorry! He just needs feeding, short walks and play time. He does sleep inside of a night and has access to inside/outside when I am home. He will be your best friend if you have food :).
I have a back yard that has artificial grass (yay!) and a very small patch of grass in the front yard, so very minimal maintenance - just watering plants.
My selected dates are an estimate as I am still working on timeframes as my partner and I will be discovering parts of Australia doing the grey nomad thing!
My partner also has a home 50 minutes north at North Haven. Past house sitters loved taking Bailey to his other home as it gave them another place to stay and explore. Hopefully, this arrangement can be a consideration for this house sit as well.
