About this house sitting position in Tuntable Creek

Hello
I am looking for someone to care for my animals. The home is a 3 bedroom farmhouse nestled between Nimbin and The Channon. 35 Mins to Lismore. 15 mins to The Channon and 15mins to Nimbin. Property is 200acres, elevated with beautiful views of nightcap national park. The property does have cattle but this is not your concern as there is another residence on the property who looks after them.
There are 2 indoor cats, 2 indoor mini foxies, 1 outdoor female kelpie and 2 horses (you only need to check rugs have not come loose and give them a biscuit of lucerne as they are spoilt)
Morning feeds take 15mins with the same again in the afternoon. Not a hard sit with all animals well trained and loved.

“I had a great time farm sitting for Lyn and Karen in the beautiful Hills of Northern N.S.W. near the idyllic village of Nimbin. They could not have been more helpful to me in settling in. Diggy the mini foxie was a great companion and his old mate Whisky was a good boy. The two cats were easy to manage and friendly at feed time. Even the fish seemed to have a routine at feed time.The horses were easy to handle as everything was close to the house. I'd recommend this sit to anyone who loves animals and the countryside. Wilf.”

“Karen’s home is in a lovely, peaceful area. It is an excellent place to get away from the bustle of the city and just “be”. There are two very friendly dogs (one indoors, one outdoors) two independent cats—who will love your pats and cuddles once they get used to you—and two horses, who are quite straightforward to care for. I spent my time mostly just relaxing in the yard and working at my laptop, with the dogs lounging nearby (or the little one on my lap). Lismore is not too far away and has a great selection of cafés and all the essentials. Nimbin is quite close and worth a visit—it’s a unique place, especially in Australia—filled with colourful characters and shops. Karen herself is an easy person to deal with—friendly, communicates well, and leaves clear instructions. ”
