5 Minutes walk to the beach, 3 minutes drive to shopping centre. Bushland views and a sea breeze. Quality home in a quiet street.

We have one indoor tabby cat, Squiggles (14yo) with indoor litter trays and no medications. We don't alow her to roam outside due to ticks and native animals, but supervised on the balcony is fine which she enjoys. Squiggles loves company so we're after someone who's home most of the time, not just coming home at night. She's a sweet girl and will bond readily.

The sit would suit a fit and active person as some gardening like mowing, pruning, and weeding is required. The block is not level, there are stairs and slopes.

There are many options for activities in the area such as surfing, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, and golf. We are close to local clubs and many restaurants and cafes.

We have wifi and netflix, also books, and a great balcony! You would have your own bedroom and bathroom.

We would like a person who likes to garden and maintains a clean and tidy home, not just a quick whip around the day before we return.
We prefer a single person or a couple with no overnight guests.
