About this house sitting position in Twin Waters

Hi, I'm looking for somebody wonderful who loves animals and would like to come and keep our cat and dog company.

We have a home in a lovely, quiet street in the Twin Waters estate of the Sunshine Coast.
* There is a pool for you to enjoy. (But not look after if you are not familiar with them)
* Canal is only a few steps across the road, and there are some kayaks for anybody wanting a paddle.
* Beach is a 20-minute flat bike ride - we have bikes.
* A (good) coffee shop only a 10-minute bike ride or 20-minute walk.
* Supermarket, chemist, takeaway, post office etc a 5 minute
drive. Or a 10 minute bike ride.
* Main shopping centre at Maroochydore - Sunshine Plaza
approx 10 minutes drive.
* Golf Course - walking distance.

Mojo the cat is a typical cat, he does his own thing...... Just needs feeding, and likes to be around - when he feels like it.
Ruby the dog on the other hand, is also typical, but does require a little more attention than the cat.... As dogs do! She loves to have 2 walks a day and then really just enjoys company. There are walking tracks for miles around the canals and the estate. She's a kelpie cross, about 10 yrs old, very sweet, and whilst she adores her walks, she loves napping all day as well. It is a very dog-friendly neighbourhood, and everybody knows and loves Rubes.

We also have a fish pond, which is very low maintenance. Essentially, all that is needed is to give some flakes every other day and keep an eye on the water level.
The date is flexible if needed, either side of the advertised date, for anybody trying to fit sits around others; you are most welcome to come a bit early or stay on when we return home if there are a few days between sits.
