A small centrally located home in Tyabb. Tyabb is a small rural town surrounded by farms, wineries and beautiful beaches. All within 20ish minutes drive. The home has no stairs with sunny north-facing living areas. A peaceful private home and a garden that invites you to relax and lose track of time. A few minutes walk to the local shops, famous Tyabb antique sheds, station, bus and walking tracks. The home has a lived-in comfort feeling, someplace you would like to sit down and enjoy a welcoming cup of tea. A very low-maintenance house and garden.
Cat-lover preferred to care for Eric, twice a day. Eric is shy independent and gentle.
