About this house sitting position in Umina Beach

Just a couple of years in this new home on flat level ground situated in a relatively quiet Street just 1.4 kms from Ocean Beach. We have all the major food retailers just 1km away as well as cafes, restaurants, takeaway, pubs and clubs all within walking distance of the home. Ettalong and Umina beaches also close by. Its a relaxed lifestyle, great neighbours, easy care home, very low maintenance. High speed internet ,2 living areas, 2 bathrooms
2 big screens in the house.
We hope that we can find someone who is clean and tidy to look after our home & loving little cavoodle Barney. He loves walks, playing and cuddles and is good around both kids and other dogs. Barney was born in January 2023 so is still like a very energetic pup.We would like someone who can work from home or a retired person or couple who can give him plenty of attention. He hasnt yet spent much time alone. He does not enjoy being left alone & we generally only go to places were he is accepted. He is a little nervous travelling in a car but
Does not get sick and is mainly ok. Day trips would be ideal, there are lots of other beautiful beaches and places to see and visit in the region.
