About this house sitting position in Underbool

Restored 1910 house with garden. Very clean, non smoker. Fully fenced yard and off street parking in the town of Underbool, Beautiful box fire unit. No further pets unfortunately can stay. Room for a caravan in the drive way if required.

Prefer no meat cooking inside the house, however, I have a great bbq for use outside.

Underbool is a small farming town without a supermarket and out pub is currently being renovated, so all supplies need to be bought in. We do have a petrol station open weekdays. A very small community run milk bar and a coffee truck open early morning, very popular.
Lovely walking down clay roads around farm land, mallee scrub with a brilliant birdie. Sunday’s and sunrises, dusk driving with kangaroos awareness required.

Have two dogs: Winter 10 years Maremma and Alice, 2.5 years,Maremma cross retriever. Both friendly , but Alice can be timid.
Two 17 year old cats house trained independent indoors/ outdoors, always in at night.

I need someone to be here day and night as Winter misses his me and he’s getting on. My dogs are great with company and you do not need to walk them, just spend time with them inside or out for the booking.
They are really superb dogs, play, sleep and yes bark and talk from time to time.

Winter dislikes drunk people, so a no go if this is a lifestyle choice.
Guest room and bathroom.
House to be kept clean and dog manure picked up please and placed in the bin.
Cats are house trained with litter boxes provided.
