Beautiful 4 bedroom home, set within 33 acres of which 6 acres are manicured gardens with swimming pool.
Feed pets & clean up any 'messages'.
Pets.
Young blue heeler bitch (requires 1 hour per day walk).
Old chihuahua grumpy requires a feed only.
Two cats, feed only.
Garden.
Mow lawns weekly, takes an hour or so on ride on mower.
Spray weeds (on mini-tractor).
Maintain pool.
Keep all areas & house clean & tidy.
Option to manage two room BnB on site i.e. clean rooms, host guests, for 'wages'. $25/room/day.
