About this house sitting position in Urangan, Hervey Bay

We're looking for a caring dog loving non-smoking person/couple to look after our beloved calm placid friendly Silky Terrier Chewy. His needs - daily morning walk to the beach & he also wouldn't say no to an afternoon beach walk, breakfast around 9am, dinner around 5pm (all food provided), and cuddles throughout the day ?
At 13 years old, he's not a young chap but has energy to run on the beach, socialise with his small doggy buddies & chase sticks. And loves going out from a drive in the car.
We'd prefer to have sitters who are OK being close to home - Chewy's OK being left on his own for a few hours, but not an entire day.

Our home 2 storey Townhouse is a few minutes walk to the Doggy Beach, has ducted Air Conditioning, internet access & TV streaming.
Upstairs - Spacious open plan kitchen (dishwasher), living, and dining area, cool comfortable deck with drop down sun/rain screens & bay glimpses.
Private small garden & courtyard perfect for relaxation and outdoor activities.
Double lock-op sedan-car garage (there is no space/facility for a caravan) with internal access.
