Single level easy care 3 bedroom home with swimming pool heated to 30 degrees for comfort and outdoor living areas. An outdoor cooking station on the back verandah is equiped with a Roban griddle and grill, an air fryer and gas cooktop if you prefer to cook outdoors. An alternate outdoor area is located behind the pool which catches the sea breezes if the verandah gets a bit hot in the afternoons although it does have shade options available. Our Spoodle Kalli is nearly 4 years old female (desexed) very affectionate and energetic during the day but sleeps mostly from 6pm till 6am other than a wee trip to the garden during the evening. Close to beaches and shops, very quiet neighbours. Would be required to care for house which is very low maintenance, basic garden care - may need a bit of water splashed around. Lemon, orange and lime tree, herbs and chillies available, veggie patch might be flourishing or not!! and basic pool care 7 mts x 4mtrs - might just need a vacuum, The pool is heated to 30 degrees and has underwater lighting for evening dips but our priority is definitely Kalli's safety and care. Plenty of room to park a caravan on the gated driveway.
