About this house sitting position in Valdora

We are on a large block in the quiet suburb of Valdora, Sunshine Coast. We are looking for a house and pet sitter(s) for a 5 day period. Our dog, Rafa, is a lively Border Collie. He is super friendly and still has puppy energy despite being 18 months old.
He is an early riser (5am ish) and his routine includes an early morning walk and a late afternoon/ evening walk if possible. We have a wonderful walking track up to Mount Ninderry close by.
The property is fenced and Rafa responds relatively well to his name etc. House/garden maintenance during this time would be minimal, despite the house being 27 years old. We have lovely views over Coolum out to the ocean and wonderful and caring neighbours.
