About this house sitting position in Victoria Plains

Our home has 3 air conditioned bedrooms a modern kitchen, in ground swimming pool and large under cover out door area. Our home is set on 4.5 acres and is situated approx 12 klm from the nearest town, Walkerston and approx 22 klm from Mackay. We are rural, we rely on tank water ( proper water filter system in place ) and dam water. We don't have any pets but we do have gardens that are primarily watered by automatic systems, but some minimal hand watering and weekly monitoring of pumps would be required. Ideally our house sitter would be able to use a ride on mower.
