About this house sitting position in Victoria Point

Low set with gardens little grass area to mow (with slow growing type grass) secure property screens fenced etc very very quiet street in Cul de sac great neighbours . Two cats who are totally indoors and put away to bed at night. No pool. Can park car in garage with roller door and direct access to house up 3 steps.
Good walking area with concrete paths and not far from foreshore. Photo of esplanade along the waterfront is only a few minute walk from home.
Neat light and airy home with vegetable garden at the rear.
Preferably experienced cat people retired couples and or work from home couples mature singles ladies or men with experience . No pets.
Our Cats aren’t used to babies / young children so we aim for sitters that fits that scenario.
Public transport bus stop close by and does the circuit to main shopping centre and beyond including train station. Train takes 1 hour into Brisbane city.
