A beautifully located small home on the edge of the Wollundry Lagoon, idyllically across the road from a vibrant farmer's market, post office, op shop, chemist and butcher, and the popular French Artisan bakery. Only one kilometre's walk to Wagga's main streets of Baylis and Fitzmaurice, or north to the RSL. Walking around the picturesque lagoon is a superb start or finish to any day (an easy 2km loop). We also have an EV charger in the carport (7kw) and quiet neighbours.

Our indoor-only cat Gentle Jo lives up to his name - a cautious but affectionate companion; he is a very quiet friend, soft and easy to live with. He will be spooked by strangers at first but loves chin rubs, belly rubs and prawns, and wholeheartedly enjoys sitting with us.

Our home is ideal for a single person or a couple, and we hope that you enjoy living here as much as we do. Gentle Jo needs to be fed breakfast and dinner (plus snacks), and please hang out with him while we are away. Our little garden may require watering on hot days - this is always a pleasure as it has a stunning view over the peaceful lagoon, ducks, and other Australian birdlife.
