About this house sitting position in WAIKIKI

I'm needing a house sitter who will respect my house and the small requests, and take great care of my fur baby accordingly please. Constantly being let down by sitters has left me quite disappointed and not comfortable with continuing with having a house sitter however with all the stress that came from my kittens mate passing and not being looked after well while I'm away, I'd prefer to have him home with his things. I'm hoping third times a charm and possibly you could change my mind.

I rent a very sweet 1x1 granny flat with air con and heating - it's in a very secure yard with a gate shutting off and locking to the road. It's very little maintenance and there's nothing that needs doing as such with the property. I live in the nice suburb of Waikiki, in Rockingham with a local Woolworths 5 min drive away or a brisk 5km walk. Rockingham is the main hub were you have a huge shopping precinct and I'm about a 10 minute drive to the beautiful beach of Safety Bay which has great fish and chips or a cafe.

My main need for this sit is my fur baby Kitaro he is my everything and we've been through a lot! Hes 8 months old. So I need someone who will be kind to him and love and play with him. He does gets seperation anxiety when left alone for extended periods, but he is used to me coming and going for work for extended periods (I work FT).

We sadly lost his mate Yuki my 8 month old kitten, a couple of months ago (I can tell you more on that later). As long as he has biscuits are full he'll be happy as, don't be concerned if he won't eat his main meal he's not too fussed on that, but will eventually eat. He's a little shy, but if you give him his treats he'll easily warm up. He is a very sweet natured puss, who loves to talk and play. Kitaro thinks he's a dog, and loves to play fetch and bring it back 🤣🤦‍♀️

Kitaro is also a strictly indoors only cat so PLEASE be mindful of this when you're coming and going, he's still learning but is fairly good- might need reminding.You'll need to be comfortable with cleaning his litter tray usually in the morning and evening, he wont go otherwise and from being away last time and not having this done properly hes developed crystals in his urinary tract, I'd like to avoid furthet vet visits please. If it's at all possible I'd like you to have a little pre introduction maybe the week or two before.
