About this house sitting position in Wakerley

Hello, Please consider a seven night stay at our home in the Brisbane, Queensland bayside suburb of Wakerley. Our primary need for your stay is for you to look after our 9 yr old labrador Casper, our pool and garden. Casper needs feeding twice a day and walking at least once per day. He is friendly with other dogs if they are friendly back or ignore him altogether (preferrable). He also is a great watch dog with a deep and loud bark. There is a dog off leash area about 800m away that he walks to every day.
Our single storey home has two guest bedrooms (1 queen and 1 single), a second / guest bathroom and undercover parking for a car. We are close to two shopping centres and not far from Westfield Carindale. We are also close to the bayside suburbs of Manly, Lota and Wynnum where there is a bayside foreshore and plenty of walking and dining options. Buses and trains are nearby.
Our swimming pool should take care of itself as we will be away during the cooler months. Watering plants may be needed if it doesn't rain.
A wonderful feature of our neighbourhood are the walking trails, playgrounds and parklands.
It would be preferrable to arrange a meeting time prior to the stay or to arrive the day before we leave. We would want to show you around our home and for you to meet Casper and learn about his querks. Our children live nearby if there are any issues and need assistance with anything. We will be in central Queensland. You are welcome to arrive the night before we leave (Sunday 17th) We leave on Monday 18th May and return on Sunday 24th May.
