About this house sitting position in Wallarobba

Wallarobba is a quiet location just 17km south of beautiful country town Dungog.
We have our own train platform where you can catch a train to Maitland/Newcastle with connection to Sydney, all part of the Sydney City rail network.
Dungog is also a CountryLink stop.

Our home is 2 storey ,3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a small TV area upstairs. Downstairs is all open plan eat-in kitchen ,dining living area and a pool table.

Sadly we lost our little dog and now have only couple of hens a rooster and few Guinea fowls to care.
We need someone who can look after the garden , I’d like someone who loves gardening more than me. 🤞
It’s not price winning garden at all but we don’t want to return to a jungle.
Mow the lawns ,
watering and weeding.

Keep the mice away , fingers crossed there won’t be any this year ,we have had only one bad year.
Generally looking after the property like if it was your own.
