We live on 8 acres in the Yarra Valley, a 5 minute drive to the local supermarket in Seville, and 12 minutes to Lilydale which has a train to Melbourne. We have 3 dogs, Tully 15yr old terrier, Loki 11year old miniature fox terrier , and Kylo a 6yr old WH Hungarian vizsla, who love their walks and are inside dogs, unless you are outside, they just want to be with you. We are looking for a mature, non smoking, retired couple to care for them so that we can travel. Our home is new with large open plan areas and lovely verandas and view, ideal to sit and relax on with a cup of tea. It has split system heating and cooling with a large wood heater if it’s really cold( we have lots of wood). We would like the sitter to look after our easy care garden which is newly established, some mowing around the house would be required, we have a ride on mower. House sitters would be able to use our Wi-Fi, and watch streaming services on the smart TVs We have plenty of room for parking a caravan. There is easy access to walking and bike tracks with the Warburton trail just minutes away. Lots of lovely drives and tourist sights such as The Dandenong ranges, Healesville Sanctuary and a large variety of wineries in the region.
