I have a brand new 4 bedroom single story designer home that is easy to maintain 200 metres from the beach. We are very house and garden proud. We have 1 Russian blue cat, that is easy to manage. Restaurants, shopping centres, cinemas, cafes are all very close by as well as beautiful walking and bike tracks 200 metres away. We have bikes you can use, swimming pool and of course our home to enjoy.
