• 5 min walk to bus stop & 5 minute drive to train station.
• 5 min drive to local shops (coles, Woolworths, bigW & multiple take away outlets)
• 10 min drive to Rockingham major shopping centre (coles, woolworths, Kmart, Target & much more)
• 7 min drive to the beach (safety bay foreshore)

Animal Care:
• 2 dogs (Lyla- 10yrs) & (Trixie- 4yrs) + cat (Gypsy-13yrs).
• All animals are happy & healthy and don’t need additional care
• All animals require fresh water daily, a morning treat & fed once a day at night
• Daily dog poo clean up.
• All animals have access to inside & outside via doggy door. Areas they are not allowed are blocked off with baby gates.
• No walking required they will entertain each other.
• The Cat Gypsy is a very relaxed cat and will come to you when she wants an under chin pat or to lay on you.
