About this house sitting position in Warnbro

Hello,

I live in Warnbro with my two daughters, Emily (15) and Sophie (13). We love spending time at the beach and are pretty easygoing. The Rockingham beaches are beautiful, so I recommend checking them out if you haven’t already. Our home is in a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of street parking. When you arrive, I’ll give you clear instructions to help you feel at home. To ensure everyone is happy with this agreement, I would love to meet you before I go away.

We have two female cats, and both are easy to care for.

* Molly, our tuxedo cat, is 9 years old and a rescue. We adopted her when she was 8 weeks old. She’s a bit nervous and needs time to get used to new people, but she will warm up eventually. Molly likes to sleep on the bed. Since this is our first time having house sitters, I’m not sure exactly how the cats will act, but as long as things stay fairly quiet, I don’t expect any problems.

* Our second cat, Angel, is also a rescue and is a bit less friendly. She’s very scared of loud noises and new voices, so she might hiss, hide, or try to make herself small. If she feels trapped, she could act out, but usually, she just wants to disappear when she’s anxious. Don’t worry about caring for Angel—she has safe spots to hide and will probably come inside when things are quiet. If she hides, just leave some food out for her, and she’ll come out when she’s ready. Angel loves treats, and we always have plenty to help win her over.

*Penny the guinea pig

Besides hay and grains, she likes mixed green leaves, a little fruit, and carrots. All her food will be ready for you while we’re away. To keep Penny happy and healthy, please feed her twice a day—morning and evening. Make sure she always has fresh hay and water. She also needs at least 30 minutes of playtime each day, and she loves exploring her play area on the grass. Penny will really appreciate your care!

You’ll have access to the main bedroom with its own ensuite. My daughters’ rooms are typical teenage spaces.

You’re welcome to use the internet, and we have several streaming platforms available on both the lounge and bedroom TVs.

Feel free to help yourself to anything in the fridge or freezer.

My car will be locked in the carport. Sorry, there’s no side access.
