About this house sitting position in Warner

2 storey house on 1.5 acres. 23 kms north of Brisbane.
Close to shops, cafes and restaurants.
Close to pickleball, golf, gyms, walking paths and parks.
4 bedroom home on 2 levels. Main living is upstairs (fans). Downstairs is laundry and air-conditioned studio (cooking facilities upstairs). 1.5 acre block is fully fenced and suitable to park a caravan. Low maintenance yard, we can arrange for someone to mow the lawn if preferred. A few indoor plants to be watered.

The priority for us is the care of our dog Barney, a 7 year old Brittany. Hoping for a housesitter who is able to walk Barney 30-40 minutes in the morning (no dog parks) and play outside (throw some balls) in the afternoon. During the day he is happy to lie around inside.
We would prefer mature, work from home or retired sitter/s. Non smoker.
