About this house sitting position in Warradale

Hello!

I'm looking for a reliable house sitter whilst I go overseas. I will be away from 30 August - 26 September 2025.

This is a small 3 bed room house in Warradale, Adelaide. One room is a study, my room is locked and the 3rd room (yours) has a queen bed. A cleaner comes fortnightly

I have 1 cat (Catkin, 18 years old). He's low maintenance, just needs to be fed and watered. He requires medication and supplements to be added to his food twice a day. He's not overly friendly initially, but will enjoy pats as he gets to know you. There is a cat curfew in place so he needs to be shut inside the cat enclosure/house between ~8 pm-7 am.

There is a large irrigated garden with fruit trees, vegetables and herbs. Help yourself to garden produce!

Warradale is a quiet suburb. The house is close to public transport (train within 5 mins walk, bus within 10 mins). Its 30 mins by train to Adelaide city. I am close (10 mins walk) to Marion Shopping Center. It's 5 mins drive (or 30 mins walk) to Brighton beach.

My preference is for a single person or couple, non-smoker. No children. Police check and references.. Experience with cats. Gardening experience not essential.

Sorry, no Netflix or other TV streaming. TV available but I have not used it for 5 years.
Pizza oven in back yard. No BBQ
