About this house sitting position in Warranulla

We have a hobby farm on a beautiful 40 hectare block located in peaceful Warranulla in the upper Myall valley, half way between Gloucester and Bulahdelah. We are looking for someone to feed and play with our friendly Maremma and boarder collie dogs, and feed and collect the eggs from our chickens and ducks. There are also 4 low-line cattle on the property that need little attention but love a visit. You will need to water the veggie and cut flower patches and enjoy all the harvest.

We strongly preference sitters with vans, we have great access with water, electricity and wifi connections. Our toddler has all the cool toys for your children to also enjoy.
There is plenty to discover on our property and in its surroundings and we are happy to give you a bit of a guide.

Ideally we are looking for a couple, this makes looking after the cattle (if you need to) easier.

“We do not recommend these people to future housesitters, particularly reading the fabrications in their review and Cassie's condascending manner from the start toward me did not do her any favours. Their complete lack of understanding or empathy for our situation, on their mountaintop in the bush with fires 25 mins away, was incomprehensible to us. She was kept in the loop at every stage, her lie about not knowing speaks volumes about her character. Her community of neighbours were stepping in to care for the animals so cows on roads are not on us I'm afraid. Another lie! We have only ever received glowing reviews thus far but will always put our safety and wellbeing first and most reasonable people would understand that. We decided to not take further assignments in the bush during summer, such was the learning of this predicament.”

“We were warmly welcomed to this sit and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Instructions were very clear. The house was a pleasure to stay at with a wrap around verandah and stunning views. Was also easy to look after. Best of all were the dogs, Elsa and Marlo. We had so much fun with them. Would highly recommend everything about this sit. Thank you ”

“Thank you Cassie & Brenton for your comprehensive notes , being so easy going and kind . We really enjoyed looking after Elsa the Merrema she was adorable and easy to look after alongside Kiwi the ring necked parrot , the ducks and chickens . Warranulla was a beautiful stay in the country . The house was gorgeous with a wrap around verandah and stunning views. Thank you for the wifi and great country hospitality! We recommend this house sit and there are some beautiful places to visit around Gloucester including the hidden treasure mine and we enjoyed the hydrotherapy pool ! ”
