About this house sitting position in Warrenup

We have a small property of 3 acres 7kms from the City of Albany. On the property we have a small seasonal orchard, consisting of avocado, oranges, lemons, apricots, green apples, and peaches. The house is fenced and surrounded by lawn and a cottage garden. The lawn is required to be mowed with a push lawnmower and the garden may require some weeding. The outside area has lawn which requires mowing with our ride on lawn mower. Any ripe fruit may be picked and kept by the house sitters. We are looking for a couple who can live in their own caravan. There is plenty of room for your caravan and you will have access to power and water. A dump point is located a couple of kilometers down the road. We have an outside toilet which is available for your convenience.
