Low maintenance with small established garden and lawns. Quiet street with no through traffic
5 minute drive to central Warrnambool.
5 minute drive to the beach precinct.
Just off the Warrnambool / Port Fairy rail trail.
1 cat and 2 goldfish.
Pretty simple arrangement here. The successful applicant will get full use of our house for the 6 weeks in exchange for looking after the cat, the fish and keeping the lawns and gardens maintained.
Warrnambool is a beautiful city and even though it can be cool in July / August there is always enough to see and do.
