Comfortable home with all mod cons including ducted air con. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood with nice surroundings. Require care of 1 senior very well behaved and lovable dog, 2 chooks and the watering of garden and pot plants. No mowing or gardening required but our dog loves a daily walk if possible.
