About this house sitting position in WARWICK

Highset Queenslander - 101 years old. Beaut old girl. We are 2 blocks from the CBD of Warwick. Close amenities, like the shopping centre, library, pool, parks and the river. No real requirements for the home, as we won't be away for long.
We have our furred and feathered family. Two Maine Coons, Sara (6) and Presley (2 approx), our tabby short haired domestic named Teddy. (13) The old fella.
Then there are the feathered mob. 5 chooks, Whoopie the Blue Orpington, Morticia & Wednesday (Australorps), Sharon (Brahma) and Pauline (New Hampshire). There is a pic of Ozzie the Brahma Rooster with the girls, but he has moved on to his own flock.
The furred are fed twice a day and have access to fresh water and biccies all the time.
The feathered get a great salad and protein mix every afternoon. (This will be prepared) The rest of the time, they have access to their feed and fresh water. Eggs every day, which you are welcome to. They put themselves to bed, just need a quick clean to pick up the nighttime poops. Seriously, a 5-minute job.
We also have native bees. Nothing to do there, except watch their antics if you wish.
So just a short road trip due to work commitments, but boy are we busting to get away.
Stanthorpe (voted Australia's Number 1 Tourist Town) and the wineries/cheese/beer/gin are down the road about 80 clicks. Toowoomba to the East, about 80 clicks. Close to the Queen Mary Falls and the delightful town of Killarney. There are cafes galore, and the people that live here in Warwick and the surrounding areas are awesome. Lots of agriculture, so the cowboys and cowgirls are the real deal. Morgan Park is 5 minutes away and often has car racing and exhibitions. Leslie Dam, you can wet a line or just enjoy the picnic or BBQ area. Walking distance to 3 Op Shops and an Antique shop. So much to see and do here. You won't be bored.
You would have the guest room, while there is only 1 shower and toilet, they are separate, and so sharing will be for a night only. You will have the lock up garage for your car. With careful reversing, you can get a van into the backyard or on street parking out the front.
