We live in a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, sunny modern apartment in a lovely complex, with our mini cocker spaniel, Malibu. Spacious kitchen with all the amenities - large oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, sandwich press, blender and dishwasher. There is a laundry area within the apartment that includes a washing machine and dryer. We also have a beautiful and comfortable living area, complete with a couch, bean bags and a television with Netflix and Disney+ free for you to use. We also have free internet and air conditioning for you to use. Complex has a communal but quiet modern pool for you to use, along with visitor parking.

Our home is close to many parks, restaurants and cafes, as well at East Village Shopping complex, Green Square Station and Moore Park. The CBD is one train stop away, or a 7 minute drive.

We require someone reliable to enjoy our beautiful and peaceful home, as well as tend to Malibu. Malibu is quiet, sweet natured and well trained, and enjoys a walk once a day. She is very easy going and has very minimal needs!
