About this house sitting position in Wavell Heights

We are looking for a trustworthy, experienced house and pet sitter to stay in our home in Wavell Heights for approximately five weeks, from early 10 December 2026 to 11 January 2027.
Our priority is finding someone who genuinely enjoys dog and birds and will maintain their usual feeding, walking, companionship and care routines. We would like someone who will also respect our home, keep it secure and send regular updates and photos while we are away.
Previous dog-sitting experience, excellent references and a meet-and-greet before confirming are essential. Please tell us about your experience, availability for the full five weeks and whether you would be sitting alone or as a couple.
We are open to either a house-sitting exchange or a paid arrangement for the right person.

Two storey home with 4 bedrooms on top floor and kitchen, media and living room on ground floor. Central aircon and solar system.
Pet door in the living connected to backyard so zoey can come and go out if she wants to with pee pads on both floor. Well ventilated and locked side door. Garage wont be available but have a driveway and street parking available. 3 bins if required and come out on Thursdays.
