Modern Family semi-attached house in family friendly Waverley. Close walking distance to Bondi Junction, Waverley Park, Bronte and Bondi beaches and public transport. You will have your own room downstairs and bathroom. There is cupboard space in your room and ceiling fan.
We have a much loved 4 year old Cavoodle, Bowie who will need at least 2 x 30min daily walks and lots of cuddles. He is fed kibble in morning and chicken, rice and veges at night. Very friendly, lovable dog. We have a small outdoor area for him to go and do his business 😊
