About this house sitting position in Wellington Point

We live in a recently renovated single storey brick home that has 4 bedrooms with an en suite and a study and is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Wellington Point QLD, the home has a plunge pool, ducted Air Conditioning, Solar and WiFi. There is also a quiet park at the back of our property with a lockable gate.

We have a cat called Bam Bam who is 16 and half years old. Bam Bam generally sleeps inside all day. Bam Bam will probably want you awake early in the morning and is very vocal until he is fed. We would only need the garden and pot plants watered when needed and maintain the plunge pool.

Ideally we are looking for a quiet retired, semi retired couple (sorry we can't have children or pets staying), who will be home most of the day when not out sightseeing, would require the couple to be home overnight with Bam Bam and that you will not have any visitors during your stay without prior permission. Preference given to housesitters who live within Southern Queensland or Northern NSW area etc.

There is a RSL, a range of restaurants, pubs/tavern, general & speciality stores, takeaway, chemists, museum, Wellington Point Farm etc all within a 5 minute drive. We are only a short drive to Raby Harbour and the Marina at Cleveland. There are also some very nice fishing spots and BBQ areas to relax and enjoy. North Stradbroke Island is only a short Ferry trip from Cleveland. If you like to exercise, there are walking & bike tracks though out the Redlands area. Wellington Point Railway Station is about a 10 minute walk away if you would like to catch the train into Brisbane City or to Raby Bay restaurants at Cleveland.

There are also Cinemas and Shopping Centres at Capalaba which are only a 8 minute drive away.
