About this house sitting position in Wellington Point

We own a beautiful modern home in Wellington Point…… bush/ water frontage and only 500m from the Wellington Point village full of great cafes and restaurants.
Our home does have stairs with the main living area on the 2nd level….. great views but that does mean you have to be able to navigate stairs.
We have a gorgeous rescue dog- Clyde…. A 6 year old Jack Russell who enjoys walks every day. We also have a bird called Milo. She is an 18 year old sunconure who lives in her cage and is very easy to care for.
There are a few pots on the balconies that need watering once a week but the rest of the garden is irrigated and low maintenance.
There are a train station to the Brisbane city is only 1.5k away.
