About this house sitting position in West Beach

My house is a townhouse in a quiet area of West Beach. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs with a full bathroom and a toilet downstairs. I have a small courtyard out the back as well with an undercover area for hanging washing.

I am about a 5 minute walk to the beach, surf club, bakery, fish and chip shop and drakes mini-supermarket. It’s only 1 bus to get into the city and it is about a 10minute drive to get to Glenelg if you wanted to take the tram. It’s about 2.5km to get to Henley Beach and 5km to Glenelg.

I have 2 dogs - a 10 year old cavoodle/beagle mix and a 3 year old groodle. They have a dog door so go in and out on their own but are walked daily. They both love to jump up on couch and sit with you while you watch TV. They are both good with older kids (haven’t been around toddlers). The dogs are low maintenance but require being fed twice daily (dry biscuits only) and walked daily.
