About this house sitting position in WEST LAKES

I live in a 2 storey 2 Bedroom townhouse at West Lakes with both bedrooms upstairs (ceiling fans throughout). I am within walking distance of Westfield West Lakes with Coles, Woolworths and speciality shops. I have a 15 1/2 year old Golden Retriever named Rubi. I am semi-retired so I am home quite a lot with her, but she is ok left alone (preferably not all day). She is walked twice a day, mornings and late afternoon. Due to her age she is very very slow and I mainly walk around the complex where I live or to the Adelaide Crows Oval situated behind my home. She does have some arthritis in her rear legs but apart from that she is in perfect health. All her food will be made up, frozen and in containers to make it easier. Downside: She does wake early usually barks around 6.30am - 7am ...sorry! Upside: she sleeps all day.
I have wonderful neighbours who know her routine and can help out if need be.
