About this house sitting position in Whitby

We have a 4x2 with a theatre room and a small backyard full of kids toys.
We have 1x cavalier King Charles who is 7 years old and has a heart murmur so is on heart medication. He is a bit iffy on men he usually will just bark a lot at them.
4x cats, we have 3 completely indoor cats who are fat and love pats they do have a cat run down the side of the house that they have free access to. And we have one 17 year old cat who likes to go out in the backyard during the day and be inside asleep at night time.
The cats are pretty self sufficient we have gravity feeders of cat biscuits and water that just needs topping up and cat trays cleaned out.
Our dog needs feeding and a walk and his medication to be given.
