About this house sitting position in Willagee

Fully secure, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, double garage, outdoor patio, beautifully maintained and furnished. Excellent, low maintenance gardens.
Main requirement is to house sit, care, clean and entertain our two (strictly indoor only) 17 month old, bonded twin ginger cats...Frodo & Sam.
10 minute drive to Fremantle, 25 minute drive to Perth and also to Perth Airport. Bus stop to city 3 minute walk away. (Shops also)
A house cleaner will call fortnightly (Friday)
House, garden (& pets) are to be left as found ( as per a standard Mindahome House Sitter Contract.)
Outside areas are fully reticulated however a small number of undercover plants only, will require handwatering once or twice weekly.
Front and rear lawns to be mowed a few days prior to your leaving. A 30 minute job only.
(References and police clearance will be viewed favourably)
