About this house sitting position in Williamstown

I'm looking for someone to house sit and look after our 3 year old toy Cavoodle dog, Marlo, and our 2 year old Birman cat, Frankie.

We have a 2-story 3 bedroom well presented townhouse in Williamstown. We are an 8 minute walk from beautiful Williamstown beach, an 8 minute walk to the train station, and a 15 minute walk to main shops (Ferguson St/Douglas Parade). We're on a quiet laneway with friendly neighbours.

Our dog Marlo has a lovely temperament, he's very loving and easy going, loves people and other dogs. I would need someone to take him for at least one half hour walk per day (at any time of day). He likes company, so although okay to leave him, nice for him to have someone who's around a bit. Also need someone who's comfortable having him sleep on the bed at night.

Frankie is our cat. She's the queen of the house, gets on well with the dog (she's in charge), but also enjoys cuddles and company.
