Very comfortable, penthouse apartment, top floor in a small block. North ,east and west aspects over Willoughby tree tops. Transport (bus) right outside. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, office, large living space with a gas fireplace. Modern open plan kitchen. Secure underground parking. Super quiet due to noise treated glass doors and windows.
We have a miniature 5Kg poodle named Sassa who is quiet shy but a bundle of joy, see photos. She needs a walk to the park morning and afternoon. She also needs a few potty trips downstairs to the garden. Sassa is happy to spend 3-4 hours (max) home alone.
This house sit would ideally suit a retired couple. We have a newsagency, Dan Murphy, Pharmacy, Willoughby Fresh and Soul Plate Cafe across the road.
