About this house sitting position in WILMOT

Hi. We live in a converted 5 bedroom old bakehouse (with 5 bathrooms) (2 houses next door to each other) with all mod cons. We live on the premises in the bakehouse (1 bed) and part of the front house we use as an AirBnb during Summer. The AirBnB is offline for June/July/August ever year. We are located in the small rural town of Wilmot, North West Tasmania. 45 mins to Cradle Mountain, 35 minutes to Devonport, Ulverstone and Sheffield.
We have 2 older larger dogs, Hugo and Lulu, they are 9yo Great Dane Border Collie crosses. Couch potatoes who require one 30-45 minute walk a day. The property is fully enclosed with gated gardens and driveway. Some leaf raking will probably be the only gardening necessity… there are about 12 large trees!
All mod cons incl Wi-Fi and a character filled space is 100 yo but warm and comfortably appointed. There is a semi commercial kitchen (former bakery) with off street parking and en suite bathroom. There are rural views and we are 100m from local shop and next door to the local primary school kitchen gardens (there are 15 students only!)
