About this house sitting position in WINMALEE

Large modern open plan house situated in a quiet cul de sac.
Sitter will be staying a large spare room. There is plenty of space, grassed area, large covered outdoor area with a BBQ. The house is set up high on a ridge with beautiful bush views of the valley below. We have a swimming pool as well.

There's lots to do in local area. There are many open gardens in beautiful Leura at this time of year. Local bushwalk and walks in the greater Blue Mountains. Small corner shop, butcher and servo just 1km up the road. Large commercial shopping centre and services approx. 2km away. Nearby is the historic town of Springwood. Here you have an array of restaurants, pubs, services, banks, cafes and specialty shops. There is a regular direct train service into the city of Sydney as well the greater Blue Mountains World Heritage area.
Sitters are asked to care for our 2 small friendly dogs. One is a maltese x and the other is a lab x . We also have 1 very friendly chilled cat.
For longer stays, we ask that you regularly service the swimming pool (skimming leaves, changing chlorine drum and keeping an eye on water levels) and water the garden and lawn on hot days. The dogs need small walks .

We prefer non smokers and no children.
We need someone is reliable, respectful and kind to animals. You need to be able to make a solid commitment to that time. Read more...
