Qld., elevated pole house situated 100mtrs from beach. View from front verandah is Dunk Island. Parking in back of house. 2 bdrms up stairs and 2 office rooms below. 3 toilets & showers. Open spaced living. Some watering of plants might be needed depending on weather. A fish tank under house with fish (will need daily feeding). Laundry under house. Woolworths just 5 minutes away as are most restaurants, pharmacy, post office, police/ambulance and petrol station. Medical clinic 5 minutes away in Woolies shopping center.
