**House Sitter Needed for Tranquil Countryside Home**

We are looking for a responsible and dog-loving house sitter for our 3-bedroom home situated on our landlady's beautiful acreage.

**About Our Home:**
Nestled in serene and picturesque surroundings, our home offers a peaceful retreat in the countryside. You can expect a very relaxed and enjoyable stay, with nature as your backdrop.

**Our Furry Family:**
We have three beloved dogs:
- **Two Yorkshire Terriers:** These little ones are affectionate and usually sleep in the bed with us.
- **One Hungarian Vizsla:** A lively 14-month-old puppy who loves attention and will happily snuggle on your lap. However, he can sometimes be a bit much for the Yorkies, so he needs a firm and gentle hand to guide him.

We are in the process of trying to transition all the dogs to sleeping in crates, with the Vizsla already accustomed to his crate at night.

Additionally, we have a few monitor lizards on the property. These fascinating creatures won’t require any care from you, but we wanted to make sure you’re aware of their presence.

**Responsibilities:**
- **Dog Care:** We need someone who is happy to be around most of the time to manage and mediate between the dogs. Ensuring the Vizsla does not overwhelm the Yorkies is essential.
- **Respectful Presence:** Our landlady runs a small business from her stables adjacent to the property. Therefore, it’s important to be respectful and quiet, ensuring the dogs do not bark excessively. Bark collars are available if needed.
